TUCSON SNOW DAY

Cholla-sickle, def: Cholla Cactus that has frosted over.

January 22nd was a snow day for Tucson. We even got some snow on the Northwest side. I couldn't help but go out and take some early morning pictures of the Continental Ranch, Sombrero Peak area. The top picture is Sombrero Peak covered in snow and fog.

This one was taken after the fog had lifted somewhat. As you can see the snow is already starting to disappear.
All in all, it was a great morning to be out there taking pictures.
